Processing and shipping time:
Products from our seasonal collections (currently summer collection) are in stock and can be sent within 1-2 working days after ordering.
Our gifts AND our permanent collection are items that are not in stock and are therefore only processed after the order. As a result, these items require a processing time of 5 working days. Make sure you order in time! Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled due to "too long processing time". Large orders of >10 items require an adjusted delivery time. We will inform you personally about this.

Return policy
Items that you don't like can be returned within 14 days after the order has been deliverd.
The full order amount of the returned items will be refunded. The shipping costs will only be refunded if all items have been returned. If only part has been returned, the shipping costs will be deducted.
The return costs are always at the customer's expense. We will only intervene if damaged items are received during shipping.
An item that was personalized (custom creation / adjustments / print) is personal and was therefore specially made for you. We never keep those items in stock because it's not possible for general sale. These can therefore NOT be returned.
Items to be returned must be undamaged and unused.
You must always complete and email the return form and meet the conditions on the return form in order to receive a refund.
Broken / damaged item
Our products are durable and shockproof, but it can always happen that something goes wrong during the shipping process, causing an item to arrive broken or damaged. Please report this within 48 hours of receiving your order! You will then be given the option to receive a refund for the broken/damaged item or, if possible, to receive a new one.
If the report is made after 48 hours, we will consider this as an item that was broken during use and no refund will be possible.
